The walls were thin, allowing me to hear every word from my neighbors, impossible to work or relax. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with hairs on the sheets and an overwhelming odor that required spraying to mask. I also faced issues with breakfast, as the limited options and subpar quality were disappointing.

Appreciated our vacation in this modern hotel. The stuff was outstandingly accommodating, provided great services and helped with free parking. The room was reasonably large and updated, provided with microwave, fridge, a pull out couch. That property was in a marvellous and decent location, close to everything.

The location was prime, not too far from St-Laurent.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every single word my neighbors said-just good. And the bed? No fitted sheet, just a flimsy top cover. I almost gave a good review but they definitely didn't offer any upgrades or amenities that would've justified my stay. An absoluteletly disappointing experience overall.

Neat units for another bed, enjoyed it. The location was unbeatable and decent for walking around St-Laurent.

The rooms for another bed. One of the advantages - in-room coffee and wake-up service available in it.

Aye, I liked the spacious room with all the light comin' in. They even let me extend checkout for my wifey while I was gone, dope! But for real, that breakfast had me wishin' for more options. Still, my stay was real nice.

Liked the king room I was given, it had a fireplace, central heating and an iron. I was satisfied with wake-up service and in-room coffee, available. All the staff were welcoming, accommodating. The location was central, very close to the Byward Market and Parliament Buildings.

We were on a house hunting trip, therefore location was the main point. The hotel is located at the junction of two main highways, permitting to go quickly from one end of the city to the other. The hotel is short on atmosphere and additional features but that was not what we were looking for: it was clean, staff was nice and the hotel was priced very competitively for Ottawa. It was also located across a large shopping center, a big advantage. The breakfast was modest but enough to get us started; after all, breakfast is rarely included in the rate in Canadian hotels.
Hotel is relatively far from main tourist attractions; a rental (free parking at the hotel) or use of public transportation should be considered.

The metro station (Radisson) is just next door, so you can go downtown in 18 minutes. If you are visiting Montreal, buy a Metro one day ticket for CD 7,00. It is fast and safe.
There are only 3 table for the breakfast which is not enough.

Family with children acceptable stay
The spacious room was a breath of fresh air for our family, and we could easily fit all our luggage and cycling gear without feeling cramped! The breakfast included a good selection, especially the fresh fruit and hot options, a nice way to start our day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still a decent value for what we got.

Economical price with a great clean and well-designed room. When remote did not work, maintenance person went to get another one for us which did work. Much appreciated hotel. Will remember when I go to Ottawa again. Highly recommended.
Breakfast area could be bigger but when its free, who can complain??? Great muffins, good variety for continental breakfast.

The room was quite satisfactory and everything worked Everything was clean. The location was relatively convenient as the mall, highway, and some eateries were nearby. The breakfast was satisfactory. The white haired woman who worked in the mornings was quite lovely,
The internet was challenging at times. We repeatedly had to re access. The cleaning people at times kept bothering us. They checked in multiple times opening doors without knocking. The lobby was far to small for the needs of the number of people who wanted to eat. The staff at the desk at times was curt in answering questions. Advertising materials indicated a shuttle, but that was for just one group of people who worked for the railroad.
